We use all screws in my work if requested !! i use treated wood posts or steel (your preference) and pine, treated, or cedar fence materials .. We have plenty of references and pictures of my work upon request / prices range from $19- $25 per foot depending on materials and type of fence requested.  QUOTES REQUIRED FOR 8FT. HIGH FENCES.

The high end fencing would be all 6" inch wide cedar pickets and cedar 2"x 4". runners with steel posts and cedar top caps ( cedar 1" x 4"s and 2" x 6"s ) and the low end would be treated wood posts with pine pre-made fence panels.

We Use Concrete Piers: We charge $150 per pier.

What is a pier & beam foundation?  A pier and beam foundation allows a building to have a deeper,
more secure footing than a concrete slab, or a slab on a grade foundation.
A building with a pier and beam foundation can have a crawlspace because it does not rest directly on the grade.

Piers are concrete cylinders pushed into the ground forming a concrete column see picture below.
